• Seminars– As a veteran negotiator, Dr. Lambertson has authored model agreements, established standard technology transfer procedures, and dealt with many complex and unusual circumstances. SDC can provide seminars offering guidance on techniques to enhance the efficiency of a Tech Transfer Office, improve negotiation strategies, increase return on investment, and handle complex situations (such as how to manage technologies with multiple exclusive licensees).

• Federal Government Assistance– Navigating the policies, procedures, regulations, and statutes that govern Federal technology transfer can seem a daunting task. Having an ally that understands each of these elements can significantly reduce the time and effort needed to enter into an agreement with the Federal Government.
